Couldn't be more pleased. Trent came highly recommended by Phil, Phil Withers Landscaping Architects. From the very first meeting, you got the confidence that Trent fully understood the landscaping brief. Once the hardscape commenced, he and his workers arrived on time and put fourth extreme effort and care. From the beginning, it was quite evident that the job was even more involved than originally planned. However, at no time did I hear about it. Trent worked very close with us to make sure what our expectations were met and delivered. His rockwork, retainer walls, plant positioning we all done to the highest standards. I couldn't believe the amount of work that went into our deck. It measured approx. 17m x 4m that also wrapped around 3 sides of a pool. The end result was unbelievable. In any large job, there will always be unanticipated obstacles and unforeseen hurdles. The true mark of a great business is how it handles these situations and accommodates its customers.
